Just like the waves in the ocean, life often presents us with its ups and downs.  Those ups and downs show up in people’s lives differently and can become too challenging to manage. Seeking help is not always easy, and for many it can be a scary, uncomfortable, and unfamiliar thing to do, and that is okay.

Hello, my name is Letitia, and I would like to welcome and acknowledge you for taking this step. I take an eclectic approach to counseling, and I am trained in different modalities including CBT, motivational interviewing, Solution Focused, Psychodynamic, client centered approach, and more. I have experience working with different populations and age groups from diverse backgrounds. Whether you know what you are seeking for, or you are unsure, as a licensed therapist I’ll create a judgment free, safe and trusting space for you and to meet you where you are while supporting you in your journey of exploration, discovery and healing.I look forward to compassionately working with you towards attaining your therapeutic goals. Thank you

I approach therapy with the understanding that emotions can be difficult to navigate at times. It is important to me that new clients know that “you are not alone” and that I want to learn about you, as a person first. I am here to guide and walk alongside you on your journey, whatever that looks like for you. Together, we collaborate to achieve your wellness goals. As a therapist, I deliver a Humanistic and Client-Centered approach with the appreciation that we all have different wants and needs. With a down-to-earth and sometimes quirky vibe, I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness to not only help in reducing and managing symptoms but to also explore the causes of those symptoms. I have experience working with diverse cultural (ages, ethnicities/races, gender identifications, sexual orientations, spiritualities, etc...), criminal backgrounds (probationers), legal statuses (citizens, non-citizens, etc...), socioeconomic (lower incomes, higher earnings, homelessness, etc...), and symptomatic (anxiety, depression, mood swings, voices, etc...) backgrounds and I look forward to working with you.

The idea of therapy can bring up scary and intimidating thoughts. Sometimes they originate from our own perceptions or they may come from those around us. Just know that you have shown tremendous inner strength by telling yourself, "I don't have to do this alone."... and here you are, welcome. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), my main goal is to create a safe space for you, where you have the opportunity to invite vulnerability into your very own judgment-free zone. Clari Poppe LCSW

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with a Ph.D. in Cognitive Behavioral Psychology from Western Michigan University.

My approach to clients starts with an appreciation for where they are in the current moment. Everyone struggles with stressors in life & they cope in the only way they know how. My focus is to help people become more aware of what is working or not working in their lives. Often, just the awareness of one's behavior can trigger progress in a positive direction. These positive changes give one the hope necessary that then results in more positive changes. The more understanding one has about emotions, thoughts, behaviors, beliefs/ judgments and how they all interact help these positive changes continue. My focus is to help others recognize their inner strength, develop more awareness of what is driving their current behavior and how to reinforce the behaviors/thoughts that lead to a direction in their lives that make it worth living.

Life can change in an instant. What was once predictable, safe, and familiar is gone and we are left with the unknown. Life transitions, both big and small, require support. Some are easily manageable while others cause us to forget who we once were. In my practice I focus on working together to again find equilibrium. Sometimes we can't be who we once were but it absolutely does not mean we cannot discover who we are now or who we want to be in the future.

Hello there! I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I am also a mother, daughter and sister. Throughout this journey called life, I have been fortunate to cross paths with all persons from all walks of life. I like to believe there is something to learn from every experience and interaction we have with all people. I have come to learn, even the not so pleasant of experiences are opportunities to grow and in the future be a source of support and comfort for someone else.
I believe we can allow life to happen to us, or we can grab life by the horns and take charge. Our work together would be collaborative and include assistance in empowering you to have the final say about your life and creating a new narrative. I like to believe in the power of choices. I believe we have the choice of what our mood is going to be in that very moment. And when we finally realize the power we possess, our days become easier and less bothered. We are able to meet the world with more compassion, because we can better regulate and chose our mood allowing us to have a different perspective than before. My approach includes use of Narrative, Cognitive Behavioral and Solution Focus Therapy.

When I'm not deep into my thoughts, I enjoy spending time with family, exercising, reading a good book, and traveling but nothing compares to the joy I have for helping others. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your journey! I am truly honored.

Tanna Jacob MFT

I believe people who seek therapy are not necessarily "sick" but stuck in patterns of relating to others that are no longer working. How we treat each other and how we are being treated matters a great deal. Like ropes, relationships get tangled and knotted and we sometimes need help to get untangled. As a solution-focused therapist, my goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life.

I work from a systems point of view to evaluate relationship patterns and help individuals, couples and families create new, healthy ways of relating to one another. I respect each person's spiritual journey and seek ways in which that journey can help in the therapeutic process.Type your paragraph here.

The most powerful thing the therapist does for person is to provide a setting, a nourishing place, a place of safety in which our lives can unfold; a trustworthy place where all life is befriended through an affirmation of faith in our wisdom and creativity.  I will work with you to create such an experience.
I approach therapy with a variety of modalities that we can use as we find what works best for you.  This includes Transpersonal, Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral to name a few.  Not one approach works best for everyone which is why we will decide together how to proceed with helping you.

As a Marriage Family Therapist I focus my approach to the individuals particular needs and goals. Also to establishing a supportive place for clients to heal and make changes in their lives.
While using a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral therapy (DBT) and mindfulness base approach along with establishing a trusting, supportive relationship so we can achieve your best personal growth.
Together we can work to gain insight into the cause of personal challenges and develop strategies and learn new skills to succeed now and in the future.

I honor your courage to seek help in these difficult times! Are you struggling with anxiety, or depression? Are you seeking new ways of being in your relationships? Do you feel stuck, because of painful experiences in the past? Are you confronted with major changes in your life? In therapy you will find the forces that change and heal. I will be a compassionate guide and lead you to the discovery of strengths you carry within you and give you the skills to reach your full potential. I have more than 17 years of experience and use the strategies for change of a wide variety of evidence based therapeutic approaches to create with you a meaningful healing journey toward a life you love.
A trusting relationship with your therapist is the most important part of therapy. My therapy style is deeply compassionate, collaborative, and genuine. We will create a treatment plan together with  goals based on your individual needs and your dreams for the future.
It is my experience that every challenge in life is an opportunity to grow. In therapy you will find your strengths, uncover your true authentic self, and feel empowered to live your full potential, finding meaning and happiness.

There are moments in all our lives that call for change. As individuals, couples, families, and more, we may find we need a new way to live that better suits the times. In finding that new way, everyone is their own best teacher. Some days, learning might mean calmly talking through the pros and cons. Other days, crying or fist-shaking might be best thing. My goal as a therapist is to provide support and encouragement to your life-learning process, wherever it takes you.

My name is River Navarro (they/them) and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have many years of experience as a therapist, clinical supervisor, and director working with people in recovery from mental health and substance use disorders, people in crisis, teens, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. I have worked in many inpatient and outpatient settings with people from all walks of life. I take an eclectic approach to counseling and use a combination of techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy as well as other modalities to assist others in navigating through challenges in life's journeys. Some of my passions include but are not limited to, decreasing the shame and stigma associated with mental health and substance use care, providing diverse communities with access to mental health services, and educating others about mental health treatment as a health care issue and human right. I work collaboratively with all clients and strive to provide a safe space for healing, transformation, and growth.

I am culturally competent, trauma informed, committed to social justice and human rights for all, and a LGBTQ+ and POC friendly provider.

I currently attend California Southern University and am enrolled in their Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) Degree Program. My professional goal is to obtain licensure in the state of California to practice as a Psychologist.

I am here to help you learn to love yourself, to have patience, and to look at problems from a different and positive perspective, so that you can find different ways to resolve them.  Maybe something happened in life that has affected you and despite your efforts, it has been hard to cope with, leading to feeling stressed, hopeless, anxious, or depressed. Such overwhelming symptoms and mood instability make it hard to live a balanced and pleasant life.
Problems can arise in our physical health, and relationships, work, and/or school begin to suffer. I am interested in grasping your whole world, inner and outer, and how they interact. I am dedicated and focused on helping you feel empowered and guiding you through a positive path to growth and well-being.

I am passionate about helping people overcome mental health problems that keep them from becoming their best selves. Many problems stem from childhood trauma. It can be very helpful for a person to understand the roots of their anxiety, depression, addictive behaviors, or relationship issues. But I also believe that helping people understand the connection between their thoughts, moods, and behaviors can empower them to change negative thinking patterns that keep them stuck in self-defeating behaviors. I use Cognitive Behavioral interventions to help change these negative thinking patterns. I also use art therapy, Solution-Focused, and mindfulness-based approaches. These strategies can help clients explore trauma and underlying issues, create practical solutions to their problems, and learn to live in the Here-and-Now.
I became a Counselor later in life, so I strongly believe in the adage “It’s never too late to become the person you were meant to be.”
